It makes easy moves between employees

What do you like best?

It's amazing you can easily reach anyone from your employees and update them of what happened in the meeting or the customers offer or if you want to ask them for something and its fast.

What do you dislike?

If I can insert videos and photos with high quality or a scanned paper it would be more likely and helpful to use it every-time, and sharing a location would be nice also.
