What do you like best?
I rely on Kompyte to quickly check what's going on specifically with one competitor or scroll down the feedback to get a sense across all the competitors tracked. Kompyte does a great job gathering up all the info about competitors and providing an easy-to-read format. It makes it faster to be updated about what's going on across many competitors. I can focus more on finding the key insights that I can share across different groups. Underneath Kompyte is an engine that pulls the data and sorts it in a clear, simple way – my analytic side loves this! The UI for the desktop version is very intuitive and easy to use. It's been great to get started; the Customer Success team's support in setting up the system and keeping things going is wonderful!
What do you dislike?
Nothing. I'm really enjoying Kompyte's redesigned Phi platform. It adds more functionality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start thinking about the type of webpages you'd like to track, like pricing, blogs, or career, etc. webpages. Once those were identified, I didn't find they needed to change much over time. I did modify the tag categories are over time as I saw what info was flowing through. Kompyte makes it super easy to change or add tag categories like industry type, announcements, remote working/office working, customer testimonials, etc. I use the filters on the main page a lot! It helps me easily see key trends or specific insights. I also really like the social media feed – seeing the social media posts in reports, filters, or tags provides more information.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
To capture and categorize lots of data from a large, fragmented competitive landscape. To find the key insights that can help different departments with understandings to influence decision making.
