Great Experience - Brings our AP Departments to a new level

What do you like best?

The product is great. We're able to process things so much faster and in an accurate manner. Our team loves it because they've transformed from data entry clerks to validating data. We've been able to see a reduction in errors and data is available much sooner. Before moving to Kofax we were processing 10k-15k invoices manually each month. Now we are able to push invoices through the approval process and into the accounting software faster while also being more accurate.

What do you dislike?

The user interface could be improved. It accomplishes the tasks necessary but can seem a bit outdated at times. If the user interface was given a facelift and improved, I would give Kofax TA a 10 out of 10.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're solving problems of inefficiencies and inaccurate entry information. We've benefited by allowing employees to work from home during this challenging time.
