Great software to construct and rebuild a good relationship with a team and a company

What do you like best?

I'm a very introspective person, and because of that a lot of people in the company I work with may think I'm stuck up. I'm not that good with conversation, so writing my opinions and giving feedbacks on a platform such as Know Your Company makes me relieved to express myself and give room for people to understand me better. Reading people's answers is one of my greatest things about the software also, because we don't have enough time to know the people we work with. The software makes this process easy and removes a little of the competitive environment that companies have frequently. I think it humanizes the employees and the managers, so that we all understand we are part of the team and everyone has their particularities. Sometimes we are ashamed or concerned about giving our real feedbacks to our employers, so it's a great way to break this ice and find a way to construct a better company for everyone.

What do you dislike?

I don't know if this a configuration set by my managers, but only them and the software itself can formulate questions. Sometimes we receive an email to suggest questions, but it's not always, and when I think about some question out of the blue, I can't send it there, because this option is not allowed to me at an accessible way. I don't have a problem with English - I'm brazilian - but I think it would be great if they translate the software. Some people I work with don't understand much. I also think it would be really nice to give badges or something like that to motivate people. Such as "Heartbeated" when you answer 10 weekly heartbeat questions, or measuring by the amount of words you write e.g., and then you can accumulate your "prizes". I also think it would be nice if we could comment or express an emoji for instance on our colloeagues answer's, because nowadays if wou want it you have to email that person and I don't think this makes sense.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I don't recommend this software to very small companies (such as 3 employees), because in this case I think it would be better to communicate in person. It's a great app to solve communicative problems that a company can face, construct and rebuild relationship with a team and the employers and it is a great way to give and receive feedbacks concerning your work and the logistics of it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The software has been a great way to know better about the people I work with and to declare some issues that the workers realize concerning to the company I work in. We've created a relaxed environment but also constructing great feedbacks to our bosses and solving logistic and burocratic problems we sometimes face not only with our managers but with the team altogether. Dued to the fact we're dealing with people and in most cases the employees fear or are embarrassed of declaring their opinions personally, it's a great way to state our opinions clearly and privately if necessary - you can allow only your managers to access your answer if you want to -. Little by little we are strengthening our relationship as a team and company.
