The platform has high digital maturity which helps usage of standard integrations to connect with the wider IT Ecosystem.
The SNAP language is intuitive and easy to learn by anyone with basic programming knowledge
Product visualization capabilities are great while the scene editor is powerful and possible to learn by a 3D/Visual designer with basic programming knowledge
Great introduction and training provided, in addition to the online resources it is enough to get the basics
What do you dislike?
There is no offline capability, this is a pure cloud solution
While the UI is possible to tweak and change it is not fully customizable
We could not find or get access to more advanced training
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
KBMax is improving our quoting process by helping us better connect our process to the tools used. We see reduced leadtime while improving data quality in inquiry to product specification phase by reducing the need for manual work and handoffs. By implementing KBMax we could retire several Excel based processes.
