Good experience, user friendly!

What do you like best?

Jobbilico gives you access to a lot of resume if you want to head hunt it can help a lot. You can filter your research with how recently the candidats where activly applying, specific technical word and more. Jobillico is a good established system to track application in Quebec.

What do you dislike?

With indeed now, Jobillico brings a really lower amount of candidate than it was before, but it still a very good system to use.I would really not recommand this system for position based outside of the Quebec province. The quantity of candidate that it would bring would really not be enough to get a good return on your investment. You cannot pay per posting it's is only with annual subscription that aren't cheap enough unless you recruite a lot in Quebec and poste every job add on it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a god ATS but you can't only use that system, it will not be enough. Usufull is you want to recruite in Quebec.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Realy helpfull to head hunt. It is a good system to add to your current applicant managing system, however, I would not use this to manage all the candidate in my recruiting process. You can easily use Jobillico to raise the amount of good candidates and send the application directly to your other systems. So as a second system or a system dedicated to recruit in Quebec for an international company I think it can really be a good help.
