Advanced user of JivoChatIt has integrated in one place all the functions that I need to achieve better communication with my clients since through the same platform I have access to my telegram channel and Facebook Messenger, which are the main tools that I used to communicate with my clients, it also allows me to integrate seamlessly into my website so that my clients can send me their messages from my website in a much faster and easier way, its installation and configuration is quite simple to do, not at all cumbersome compared to other online chat apps.
Really, in my opinion it is a fairly simple but powerful tool that really does what it offers without major setbacks, except perhaps that the settings are not as customizable as in other applications.
It has been very useful for me to communicate in a simpler way with my clients by allowing me to incorporate in my own website all the tools I need to achieve this goal, especially its live chat which is very useful to the time to resolve any complaint or requirement that my clients have about my products or services.
