Customizable ATS with Great Value: Highly Reccomend
What do you like best?
Highly reccomend this ATS and prefer it to other solutions due to the customizable nature of the features. The workflows, descriptions and integrations are highly customizable. We love being able to quickly customize our procedures and templates, without requesting a change order from the vendor. This system is easy to use and collaborate with candidates and internal decision makers for streamlined hires. We love the integrations with a variety of job boards, recuriting sites and social media.
What do you dislike?
There are some integrations we have wanted that are coming soon, such as Zoom. JazzHR is quick to collaborate and partner with organizations that add value to the program. With Zoom in particular, we would have wanted that integration in 2020. The mobile review of candidates could be improved, with additional resume review and quick accept/reject for phones & tablets would be on my wishlist of new features. There are so many possible integrations, promoting those vendors has been helpful and we would want to see more examples of companies using the integrations successfully to choose from all of the options.

Jazz provides communication across our hiring team at every step of the process up to onboarding. We are able to quickly triage candidates, post & advertise openings and keep our funnel full of talented candidates for current & future needs. We have integrated with a variety of sites to promote our open positions and continue to source candidates organically thru our recruiting website powered by Jazz. This product has provided an all in one solution for a variety of areas within our organization including HR, IT, Marketing and Sales.
