What do you like best?

Jackrabbit makes our team time sheets easy to choose different allocations for pay for the many tiers of our studio, from admin, to educational teachers, to experienced ballerina dancers. It makes the payment process and review simple and our studio has been using it for years.

What do you dislike?

It is sometimes very specific how to do a task from the admin side. It takes training to do it, so it is not intuitive for all the needed functions. If the interface were a little more intuitive, it would be easier to train newer staff,

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Coordinating different pay scales within the same time sheet so the same employee being paid two different tiers based on dance teaching in the same paycheck,
