What do you like best?
Some of the elementary schools in SGUSD have tried implementing this software and it was great that the information was displayed clearly. Especially since this is intended for parents, simple and efficient displays of information are always essential.
What do you dislike?
The website HUD and overlay is quite old, and I wish there would be a overhaul on the site graphics but it's just a minor eye sore. Regarding the delivery of this software, most schools only utilize this for private and small classes a couple times a week. The schools in SGUSD tried implementing this with their classes of 100 students in total and it was not easy to track it all.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The problem organizing schedules were attempted to be solved but this software was simply not a good fit for a large school. Another one of our problems was to help parents keep track of schedules but the site overlay was not clear enough.
