Very impressed, and easy to use. I have already recommended Ixact Contact to other Realtors.
What do you like best?
It has a simple layout and feel, I love contact coach function. I like how it sends out automated e-mails. Contact coach always keeps me in contact with my client, which really like. I also like how I can change the setting to personalize it. The social intelligence function is really great as I use to see who the person is for security reasons. Also I try put as much data as I can into the system as one day my database will be something of value for when I retire, I can sell it on to other agents who wants to buy. I like that I can upgrade it to a team, because I want to have a team in the near future. I picked Ixact contact because it compared well to Propertybase CRM, but Ixact contact was cheaper and thus offered better value. Prpoertybase is a rip off, and I might of failed as a new agent because of their costs. The support team has been pretty good too at Ixact Contact.
What do you dislike?
Biggest thing I wish they could do was host e-mails, if they could do this, it would be a total solution for me. But if there was something I didn't like about Ixact contact, maybe the purple color. I am not a fan of purple.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Staying in contact with my clients at regular intervals. Also hosting of a website was great. I like the automated e-mails. Would be great if I could link my cell number or phone to send automated text messages. A bit like having a Mac & iPhone. Maybe an app for that?
