What do you like best?
We can put in our needs, be able to change the needs as we expand into other revenues. details are very important to us, and we need the ability to change information and we can do that easily with Salesforce. Easy to follow easy to learn, easy to input Data. Keeping the records are so easy to find. The system is so helpful.
What do you dislike?
Not much I don't like. This product measures up . I find if we have issues the support team if very nice and they fix the problem right away. The other systems we have used has been very difficult to fix sometimes we would lose records or they were deleted. that is lost revenue. We depend on Salesforce, and they come through for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend working with Saleforce as the right tool to get the job done, I have used other tools that have not measured up to what Salesforce has delivered. Feel confident using this product as we have. You will be glad you did. the company I work for can use anything they want, they use Saleforce that should be a clue its the best.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
What are we not solving. Salesforce keeps track of our customer and the details of each case. Always easy to access anytime .We are able to send and receive files and transfer details in a minute. Solving problems, well we don't lose information anymore.
