Interceptum

What do you like best?

Interceptum is a new, innovative, brilliant piece of software with very few glaring flaws. It has helped my Organisation know what our clients want and how to properly analyse and use the data the application recollected from the users. It has a nice interface and it's not too difficult to use.

What do you dislike?

As other reviewers have mentioned before, it has a bit of a learning curve when it comes to some of the more difficult and complicated tasks it can do, however, it's not overtly hard to understand.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our company was missing data from our customers, so deciding to use interceptum was a no brainer.
