Advanced user of Insightly CRM for G SuiteEasy to link emails and track conversions over time. I can easily view on the homepage the potential sales opportunities I have outstanding in addition to the different ways to triage leads or opportunities when their status changes. Creating new fields for pipelines and status types is fairly straightforward.
You can't immediately add an opportunity to a pipeline once you convert a lead. You also can't add older opportunities or leads to a new pipeline or classification when there is a new pipeline or classification added. It does not allow for a bulk import function when importing via its Mailchimp integration.
This is way easier to use than the google sheets methodology I was using tor track leads, proposals, client contacts. The integration into the Gmail inbox is not currently functioning across the board. When I'm viewing an email, I cannot add it to a contact, make it a lead, or make it an opportunity easily by clicking a button.
