What do you like best?

It is easy to pick up how to use the program without any prior experience. You do not necessarily need to have a background in web design to create useable and attractive designs.

What do you dislike?

The issues I have with Inksoft are mostly related to a lack of customizability. You can't, for example, just drop in a text box or image, or make the background an image. There is no HTML/CSS editing. Additionally, there is not a lot of help if you have problems. There is a chat service, but the people who run it usually take at least an hour to get back to you with help. Tthere is not a large online community for people to help troubleshoot issues, so you are largely on your own.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's a great program for people who do not have a lot of web design skills. Not as great for people who want more customizable options.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

InkSoft has made it a lot easier for our clients who are ordering garments for an event or team. It helps keep track of orders in a concise and easy way. We have never used any other program for creating websites but we haven't felt the need to.
