App is glitchy to say the least and their SUPPORT is anything but SUPPORT!

What do you like best?

When the APP works and there is no need to contact support.

What do you dislike?

Chat Support, Email Support, and just SUPPORT in general. Not sure why they even call it support because it really doesn't exist with this company. If you do need to reach someone, consider yourself lucky when you reach someone that will actually help. Most times, you'll get someone that just sends you quick close ended and rude replies. I am not sure who manages this team but whoever it is, should get the "Worst" manager award. Don't just take my word for it, google "InkFrog Reviews" and you will see all the horrendous reviews that will confirm what I am saying. If you really want to see more, go to Youtube and do a search and once you find their channel you'll see that they deactivated their comments because most comments are just terrible customer experiences.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are an existing account that decided to use the Designer feature. When it was purchased, I was double charged which is a current billing issues that is yet to be resolved. Also, the Designer add-on feature hasn't even worked from the moment of purchase. The "support" team stated that this is a known issue but they continue selling it anyway. For some reason, they also cannot or will not provide an ETA on the issue but in the meantime, they will ensure to keep your money. Benefits.....there are NONE! As long as the app and features works as they are meant to when they are purchased, this is all we need and expect. The benefit of having the app working well is so we have minimal to ZERO contact with their NON "support" team.
