Decent HRIS but need improvement in user experience
What do you like best?
Infor HR Services is relatively easy to use with simple controls for most users and a decent admin setup and integration with other HRIS systems. The technical support has been decent so far. However. given how widespread the user base is for Infor, I would expect a larger support community among their customers.
What do you dislike?
Integration with our learning management system has not been as easy. The HR feed has been manual due to an inefficient workflow from Infor. This should be a simple automated process but has greatly added to our workload and created operational inefficiencies and unnecessarily redundant information. the online support documentation is also very underwhelming. The guidance is there, but it lacks the detail need to pass on to end users. In the end, I've created many of my own tutorials for our users, both admin and employee.

Test other solutions and their ability to integrate with your primary systems.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Infor was initially brought in to function as our go to HRIS solution, working in concert with Lawson. It has functioned well to this effect, but we need a system that is designed to better grow with us. The system is fairly stable and has yet to give our organization any technical issues.
