What do you like best?
It is an enterprise system and includes our organization's HR, finance, payroll, materials management, etc. functions in one platform.
What do you dislike?
A lot. The ATS is terrible and, I believe, was created as an afterthought so Infor could say they have an ATS. The functionality of the system leaves a lot to be desired and the candidate experience is bad. They also offer us next to no support on a day-to-day basis, which means that we're left troubleshooting it on our own and the candidate's have very little support. From a broader HR perspective, I also think that the system leaves a lot to be desired, as well. The system doesn't provide you with much historical data at a quick glance and you are left playing detective to try and figure out what you're looking at. We switched from Ultipro, an Ultimate product, and I wish we hadn't.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't use this product if you have any type of complexity with your HR/Payroll functions.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
In my opinion, I don't think we've realized any benefits with this platform that we hadn't already solved with our past HRMS system.
