Advanced user of Industry WeaponI love the scheduler tool that allows me to schedule exactly when I want certain pieces of content to go live. I also love the webpage published piece. We use this to publish sports scores that are taken from a regularly updated website - this feature makes my life easier by doing the updates automatically.
The platform has many complex layers that it can be difficult to teach others. I usually tell people to just stick to the campaign tab and if they would like to create their own templates they can, but the platform itself can be intimidating to people. I also wish there was a pre-built template that users could enter content and have it designed for them. Often, I am working with IT and HR people who are not designers and could benefit from a more computer-generated approach.
We are able to effectively communicate to all employees, specifically manufacturing employees who may not have the time or ability to read traditional email communications. It has also helped us achieve a sense of uniformity across our business - we have similar content across our locations.
