What do you like best?

You get the emails that you upload back with hard and soft bounces, and other bounces. This is a great tool for anyone who deploys emails regularly. Along with great customer service. Every time i reached out, i received a prompt response.

What do you dislike?

The CPM that is charged on every file you upload. Had to use a co-workers login and the report was sent to their email. Had to reach out to get the report sent to my email.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Increasing the deliver ability of the campaigns by weeding out the bad emails. Increases performance and metrics of all campaigns that we used impressionwise.

For continuation campaigns this helps determine which emails we should remove from the subscribers.
