Very user friendly chatbot

What do you like best?

Ideta is great for developing chatbots and livechats without any coding. When we needed help, the support team was reactive and helpful. We could deploy our chatbot easily to every channel, like our website, but also our Facebook page in only a few clicks.

We also really liked the fact that we could customize the design of our chatbot. We could change every aspect of it and make it completely match our website's design.

What do you dislike?

Some part of the app is not entirely intuitive, especially for the AI implementation part. However, the support team helped us with that.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed to be able to communicate with our clients and leads in real-time and automate some recurrent questions they asked.

With Ideta, we implemented our chatbot quite fast and we converted almost 10% more sales demos from website visitors! Also we reduced our support team workload by almost 40%.

We added human take-over when our client's or lead's queries were really precise and since our support team had more time, they could take time to give qualitative answers.
