What do you like best?

The IDEAL project team is easy to work with and aren't "Locked In" to their own way of doing things rather they are willing to listen and open to new concepts. Ideal brought an entire integration project team to the table from day 1 to help us integrate and get launched.

What do you dislike?

I wish reporting was a little more robust in separating who was automated status vs who was only graded but not automated.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This product works as advertised and is a game changer for any company that wants to enhance the candidate experience along with the quality of hire. Keep your recruiters doing what they do best.. "Talking to your qualified candidates" and not clicking buttons to move candidates.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to reduce bias and speed up our process to engage candidates much quicker in a very undermanned Healthcare industry. Early bird gets the worm and ideal gets us there early.
