Easy-to-use interface for professional-looking reports.

What do you like best?

Very easy customisation and set-up process.

The team was very helpful throughout the set-up process and after.

It is very easy to filter relevant clippings and automatically include them in a very professional-looking ready-to-go report.

As a small agency, this tool allows us to close the gap in terms of insights versus larger agencies with more resources. It also allows us to monitor and to quantitatively demonstrate our value to the end client.

What do you dislike?

I would love to be able to change myself the brands that I monitor (in case of casual clients or one-off projects). Instead it is necessary to contact customer services in order to delete/replace brands that I do not want to monitor anymore.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great solution for small agencies looking for a very easy-to-use platform to monitor their earned media results and putting them in a very good-looking report that will wow their clients.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Some outlets were not monitored at the start but this was solved with a simple email to customer services who included these missing outlets in the data base.
