Inspiration to rejuvenate our engagement interactions

What do you like best?

The team are always really engaged with what we are trying to achieve, adaptable and experts in their field. We have been a traditional annual survey type of organisation up until engaging with Hive and with their support are working to be more proactive with our approach and truly listen and engage.

We have high standards of accessibility for external partners to deliver and Hive have worked tirelessly to ensure that they both understand these needs and deliver a platform that meets them.

Our journey together has only started this year but we are excited to think where it will take us moving forward.

What do you dislike?

We are still in the learning stages in developing an engagement package that uses the tools Hive has to full potential. So far all is positive and there is still more for us to implement together.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Hive is allowing us to re consider how and when we listen to employees and move to planned and at times targeted feedback. Its too early in our journey to see many benefits other than the engagement conversation being firmly on the 2021 agenda.
