Quick and Easy Customer Feedback

What do you like best?

Very easy install and setup process, with great docs.

But the best feature BY FAR is the screen capture tool so users can SHOW the bug/feature they are talking about instead of just writing about it. This really helps lower friction for customer feedback.

Great customer support as well; I had a quick chat with the owner and got my setup issue taken care of. Thanks!

What do you dislike?

I'd like to see some more default button options to make it an even easier install process.
