Advanced user of HelpjuiceThe best thing about Helpjuice is the search functioning. Is it fast, accurate, and very helpful to internal employees or external customers. We use it for both of those purposes. They also have a simple to use API to integrate with your services/products as needed!
Some of the customization tools require a bit of knowledge with HTML and coding to aesthetically enhance the Help Desk site. However, HelpJuice actually offers to help you customize your site - which is a huge bonus! This is only a 'Dislike' for some, and a huge upside for others!
Do your research and I promise you will be thrilled with this software! They are unique in the fact that what they focus on is Help Desk software specifically. They are specialists in this field!
We use HelpJuice as an internal knowledge base system for our customer service representatives. We are empowering them to help customers more effectively and efficiently. The amount of time and money that can be saved by having a great search feature, and neat/organized articles has been amazing.
