Great app to stay in touch with staff as well as guests

What do you like best?

It's so easy to use! It's like Facebook. It also has tasks, checklists, lost & found etc. And a web widget for us to talk to website visitors.

What do you dislike?

Nothing to dislike. They are adding more features all the time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We don't have to use logbooks and we are constantly in touch with our guests via SMS. We have received a lot more positive TripAdvisor reviews.
