Not the best for analyzing data in real time

What do you like best?

I like the ease of use. It did not take much training to figure out.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the ability to analyze data same day for large contracts. People expect results in real time nowadays and I cant tell a client to hold on while I'm waiting for the information.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to see room rates from previous 5 years. We are able to analyze that information faster than ever before.
