Helio

What do you like best?

The interface of Helio is really intuitive. A lot of thought was put into the information architecture of the application which I really appreciate. The other piece that is great is the click testing feature. You can provide a picture of a prototype and have the user click on an area. It's intuitive for the user and great data for the designer.

What do you dislike?

It is a great tool that is really missing some item types. Specifically rank order is missing. The other piece is that it is hard to customize to your own brand.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Helio to do unmoderated interface testing with users and to gather and analyze qualitative data.
