HCL uses Unica internally to deliver precision marketing at scale across our 20+ products.

What do you like best?

A huge amount of system updates since the last release. My last production use of the solution was on the client side and there are literally 1000s of updates, a new UI/UX and five new modules in the solution. We installed to our cloud of choice in about 15-minutes and then loaded/mapped our data using the Unica Link connection tool.

What do you dislike?

No significant issues. The Unica suite is well integrated and easy to use.

Get a current demo to understand the breadth of functionality the Unica suite can deliver.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have a complex set of 20+ software products, with 20+ different sets of target customers, and 20+ sets of different targeting and messaging. The complexity adds up quickly. We are using the Journey capabilites of Unica to link all the channels and building CX engagement flows that are simple and easy to manage.
