Advanced user of HappyOfficeWe have evaluated a happy office along with a number of other tools when we wanted to implement a continuous feedback mechanism in our organization. Although the idea behind the tool and the approach is very good but the tool lacks stability and I believe it is not properly tested.
Most of the time the website of the company is down. The UI is also a very old school and is not very interactive.
The feedbacks are sometimes not captured properly.
Not a very stable product
This was not implemented in our organization so I would not say that it solved any problem for us.
