Guestline (Rezlynx PMS) is the right solution

What do you like best?

Rezlynx has really streamlined our workflows for managing our clients' properties. The continuous development and cloud based functionality, allows their teams to manage wherever they are, even when mobile. Training is minimal for basic usage and Rezlynx integrates seamlessly with RoomLynx and EPoS for painless workflow.

What do you dislike?

Updates need to have better documentation, especially for drastic UI overhauls. This can make it difficult for new users to interact with ease with the software as they almost have to relearn the software again. There have been some outages reported by our clients, so better support and outage resolution would be very helpful. Furthermore, add-ons can be costly for boutique and mid-sized hotelier clients. Perhaps adding a tier for these service providers would increase their revenue and retention with this audience segment.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The basic problem was a one-stop location to manage all hotel reservations. Before Rezlynx, our clients were doing rudimentary, home-brew solutions. With this product, they are able to streamline their workflows, minimize check-in and room key replacement time, and facilitate multiple location transfers for single and block reservations.
