What do you like best?

GTMHub gives us a way to visualize all of the great work our employees are doing to help us attain the aggressive growth we strive for as a company.

What do you dislike?

My company just started using OKR and GTMHub so no downside that I can see. I think we will use the system for a while before we can give specific things we would like to see.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My company is tracking OKRs at the department level for each quarter. Showing the value of seeing how the excellent work of our team is contributing to the company goals is critical to us. We also plan on benefiting from the directional alignment that comes with using GTMHub. It is crucial for each department to know what the other department's OKRs are and see possible dependencies.
