Advanced user of GTasks for G SuiteThe integration with my emails and not having to open a new software to log tasks. I also like how the data relates to involved stake holders to track the tasks, the simple way to add them, the ability to add a description and a date in one simple click. It is a basic project management tool, without all the added features.
It is not easy to share tasks across teams, it is meant for more individual use, to remind oneself to do certain things by a certain date and time. It lacks features to really become the central source to manage projects. The downsides are the lack of reporting on tasks, and the ability to track progress easily.
Keeping track of simple and short term tasks is great to do with GTasks. It is a simple enough tool to quickly add a to-do, and keep it in one place. It also has the ability to add description and due dates, which are two key components to log a task. All in all, this tool is very handy to use and helpful in any work environment.
