Advanced user of GreenbitsI enjoy how simple Greenbits is to use. The system is pretty straightforward and easy to train others to learn to use. Greenbits reward system would definitely be my favorite part.
I dislike the customer service end of Greenbits. I feel like it was quicker to figure out the problem ourselves than waiting on a representative. I also dislike the consistency of functionality. It seemed like the system was down just as much as it was running. It's also very easy to duplicate ids. There should be a modify process to renew IDs that had expired.
I feel like I answered this last question but we definitely figured out a good system of clearing the Que, not duplicating IDs, etc. I have realized the benefits of time in the que. It helps us keep track of whose next and the amount of time it took a customer from check in to check out.
