What do you like best?

i like how i can go review the history of payments and pre authorizations i already processed through the system

What do you dislike?

i dislike that im forced to change my password every 6 months

Recommendations to others considering the product:

its a pain in the butt to always change your password and sometimes you dont get the password change email so youre locked out of your account

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

i can now make online sales with firstdata because i can process credit cards
