What do you like best?

We are a college success program, so it's great to find a database program so well-suited to our needs. The case management functionality, ability to text and email from the platform and the surveys and reporting are really important to us. I have also had great experiences with the project lead and tech lead that I have been working with.

What do you dislike?

The only real downside is lack of flexibility. We are coming on board with an existing group of scholars, so we will need to do some big data uploads in order to use the tool effectively. If we had been able to start last year and get our students to do the annual survey, this would save us some work. Still, the type of data collected in the survey is exactly what we are looking to track.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Organization and data reporting. Currently our data is housed on multiple spreadsheets, as are our student files. This puts everything in one place. It will also allow us to expand more efficiently.
