What do you like best?

I like that I can route my business calls to my personal phone using a different number. I also like the automated transcripting of voicemail and reliable email notifications.

What do you dislike?

I sometimes do not get calls that come through and will only get notifed through email that I missed a call. I also do not like the automated voice that answers people that call. I wish I could customize that or turn it off. Their mobile app is also sometimes not the most reliable. For example, today, I had about 5 missed calls in the morning, which I realized because I was sent email notifications, yet my app does not display them. It seems to happen more with spam calls and not real customer calls though. I just wish it would give more information as to why that happens.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If it's all you can afford, I think it is a good option. However, I've recently seen many other apps that do the same thing in a better way that I may consider changing soon.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is a very affordable way to maintain a business phone number. I do like that I don't have to give out my personal number to clients. It is also great that it allows you to text back people using the same number via their app and also on their website. I wish that there was a way to change the hours you are available like other phone number apps. They also are going to disable the feature that let's incoming calls go to multiple phones instead of just tying it to one. This was extremely helpful to us becuase if I was busy on my phone, my partner would hear the call on their phone and would be able to pick it up for us.
