What do you like best?

What more can I really say about being listed on the #1 navigation site and the #1 search engine at once?

Well, knowing that you're also at home with the #1 AI-assistant: google assistant.

Rest assured that your places listing will get the attention it deserves whenever someone wants to use the most trusted and most widely used, and trusted authority on places near you.

In terms of user engagement and market reach nothing comes close; no matter how your patrons get to you be sure that they'll find you with detailed, accurate directions, street views, augmented reality guidance for pedestrians, it is an array of features all working in perfect harmony.

What do you dislike?

To be honest, there really isn't anything to dislike. Google provides apps for all devices, and specs (low memory or not) and you don't have to grapple with the shady Yelp Mafia or other unscrupulous practices from any vaguely familiar apps.

I say vaguely because there isn't another service that can be compared to it which isn't powered by the Google Maps API anyways.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Even if you don't want one, you have no alternative now, other than to wait for someone else to list your business for you and you only get one chance to make a first impression.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Local SEO is a sinch. Most of the work is solved in just throwing up a basic listing. I've even started them for other new businesses when I don't see one, and rest assured that if they were procrastinating before, they'll almost certainly assume responsibility for it not long after its stood up.

I find it handy to be able to take a look at a place from the street or guage how much of a match their location is to my expectations by peeking at any customer photos or 360 degree photos.

I also find the peak activity trends helpful especially when deciding if it's a good time to visit or not on a given day and time.
