What do you like best?

As an educator, I love that I can create a Google Form as an assessment tool. I have often used Google Forms as a homework assignment. I like to turn the "mode" to "Quiz Mode" and then assign points values to auto-grade a homework assignment.

What do you dislike?

I do not like that you have to insert every possible form of an answer for the form to accept it during the "Quiz Mode." If the answer to a question is "Paper" but a student writes "paper" or "the paper" or "papers" or "paper." it will be marked as incorrect.

The sensitivity to capitals makes this feature much less helpful.

Google Forms will also auto-translate text from Spanish to English which makes it impossible for me to use as a test for students during this online learning semester.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Google Forms have been a very viable option during the time of distance learning because of the pandemic. My students have expressed how much they like having Google Forms as homework assignments because it gives them instant feedback on their homework and allows them to do the work again if they did not receive the score they wanted.
