What do you like best?

I find the all in one approach used by goECart for unified commerce is great. It's a very simple implementation that helps unify commerce throughout the entire business. The order platform and POS integration is a huge plus as well as the dynamic CRM system.

What do you dislike?

The biggest dislike I have is to do with the pricing. I feel like it is on the higher end of the spectrum compared to its competitors.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's an amazing unified commerce suite that offers a simple ecommerce platform, order management systems, inventory & warehouse management, as well as a CRM database. It's dynamic and allows for easy customizability. Price is on the higher end but worth it for the quality of the software.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am attempting to get my business up and running and using goECart helped alleviate the issues with linking together a commerce system with a backend CRM system. I have realized that this all in one solution will allow me to focus more time on my customers and less time worrying about the maintenace of commerce software.
