What do you like best?

It's a great & simple tool that I am using from my student life to corporate life, & till now I am having a great time using this software. The best part of this email is that- it's very easy to use from both mobile and laptop, and by one mail account you can access different software like Google drive, hang out, meet, chat, and many more. To do my work & sync some of my data together Gmail is definitely the most reliable and safest place. It is also a very useful tool to communicate with other people while keeping the previous transaction & chat record. This feature really helps me to keep track of my customers & send them a quick reply.

What do you dislike?

I don't have any serious issues compared to its advantage. But still, if Gmail could look through these issues then, I think this would make Gmail more reliable software. These issues are- It would be better if Gmail could upgrade themselves and widen their free online storage limit, and the account delete option from mobile should need to be upgraded. I couldn't delete my mail account from my mobile phone without any trace. After deleting the account it still shows my inbox emails. Sometimes Gmail caught important mails as spam as a result I had to face a hard time finding specific emails.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Gmail is definitely the best email software where one will get great features along with appearance & spam control, and all these things are only likely to get better as Google continues to hone it. So If you are looking for something quick and reliable tool then I am gonna definitely suggest this software. It's worth giving a try.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am able to solve time management issues and identifying spam mail easily with this software. Since there are so many features under this Gmail account like -chat, hangout, it minimizes my time to communicate with my customer both in a formal & informal way. Another problem that it solves is that- through a Gmail account, I can share a photo without compromising its quality. It benefits me a lot to run my business properly since I am a freelance artist.
