Gleam

What do you like best?

I have used Gleam for years, both now and at my previous company. I have yet to find a better solution for giveaways. It is an easy-to-use, inexpensive platform that gets the job done. Email exports, entry actions, etc., are all easy to set up and utilize.

What do you dislike?

My biggest qualm with Gleam is the lack of analytics and tracking. Some giveaway platforms utilize tracking links in order to provide more robust monitoring and analytics. The basic metrics that Gleam provides are just fine, but I wish they implemented something a bit more in-depth.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My company hosts giveaways regularly, and Gleam is an easy solution and way to capture emails + entries.
