Advanced user of GiftWorks CloudGiftWorks Cloud makes it much easier to store important information, and it allows me to be very thorough about donors and donations. And now that we can access it on cloud it is much more accessible and practical.
It often lags and doesn't check for repeat entries, so looking for certain information can become time consuming. Additionally, the customer support could be more helpful when dealing with frustrating bugs.
The more I learn about the program the more shortcuts I find, which saves time for more important things. I often find that information we haven't used in a long time will come up again, and GiftWorks will remember it much longer than we will.
