What do you like best?
I like that everything is so much organized and every organization and every user can find the best things for himself. I think the one who will use it will also gain a great experience using and navigating in this site.
I use it for application management and I'm happy my organization chose right this one for me.
What do you dislike?
It' s a little bit hard to work with because of so many opportunities, but with the time you gain new skills to use effectively and it's not hard at all for you to use.
I hope with the time the user experience will be much more modernized, but of course without loosing the whole functionality it provides us today.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It helps to collect everything in one place and not to be lost in management. It helps not to track the information you need in different places, everything in one place!
As I'm the only one in my team at the moment to collect the documentation and to have everything under control for the whole team, I need something flexible and with the help of Germain I can collect everything I need to have a well documented software under the hand. And when we include another person in our project, I'll need just to show how to use the Tool and that's it!
