Updates are ongoing and easy to install. These people listen, discuss, incorporate your ideas. That's the secret of their success... founded by programmers (as opposed to the usual: GeoScientist hack) surrounded by world class Geophysicists who needed solutions. Seisware geophysics is the culmination of decades of real world adjustments by experts.
Geophysics has become less simple as complex processes were added. As most software a professional uses the 80/20 rule.... you use 20% of the functionality 80% of your time. It would be helpful to have more short video training clips which pop up to “remind you” how the complex multi step process available are intended to proceed. Searching HELP works but you need to know what to search for. In your face Pop ups you dismiss are the answer. Good thing the support line is so perfect.
