What do you like best?

This was recommended to me by other therapists in online forums.

What do you dislike?

The implementation team was beyond rude and unhelpful, my account was cancelled without an explanation. The software has very slow servers it took me almost 10 min to sign on, doesn't integrate well on iPhone or iPad, has no online booking widget or interface for clients to fill out intake forms, no intake templates, the eval set up is very basic and doesn't have any sensory assessment templates, not conducive to eval write ups. Not to mention to extremely poor quality of the implantation team, virtually no onboarding and very rude people.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
