What do you like best?

You can complete billing, scheduling and reporting all in one place.

What do you dislike?

You need WiFi to run the application. Poor connection causes issues with Point of Service Documentation.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Seeking More Training from other FT employees who use it more often so that I can get used to using different platforms of the application independently.
