Overall a sound SaaS subscription billing platform
What do you like best?
Being able to offers subscription services through Fusebill has been good. The REST API is pretty good as compared with some of the others we tried.
What do you dislike?
Support and SLA is not the best. They take the site down a few times a month for maintenance. In 2021 and as a global service (working around the globe) it doesn't make sense that they intentionally have down time. It causes us issues with our monitoring scripts but will also cause blips in our customer's user experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be careful to get details of SLA before you sign. If you need 99.9% uptime, be careful about scheduled downtimes during the week.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are now able to offer our product as a monthly/annual subscription and provide self-service features for customers to sign up and pay with minimal coding on our part.
