Clean and Efficient Tool with great Customer Service
What do you like best?
The tool itself has a clean look and is easily customizable. It integrates and syncs seamlessly with our CRM (Salesforce). The UI is even faster than Salesforce and does not need to reload after every change. The Power Dialer and the Contact History are the signature features, both easy to navigate and set up. With Europe as our main market we needed some customization to work efficiently. FrontSpin committed to these changes and delivered on-time. Last but certainly not least, their Sales, Product and Customer Success Teams provided and still provide us with every support we need. They reach out to us pro-actively, and continue to implement feature requests.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing to dislike on the user-side, apart from some minor features which we cannot use in Europe for now (e.g. customer time zone recognition). The back-end (i.e. administration) is somewhat lagging behind compared to the tool itself. Mass-updating user settings, for example, is not possible in the UI. Nevertheless, FrontSpin is always happy to receive our requests and executes them immediately.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just reach out to them and try out the system. They got us set-up in a few hours and provided training to the test group. One day later they were using FrontSpin's full capabilities.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our two major pain points were consistent inbound lead follow-up and outbound calling. FrontSpin's playbooks (or cadences) allow us to automatically load inbound leads into a sequence of steps. Reps don't have to manually plan the follow-up anymore. They simply check the cadence if there are any due calls or emails and follow along. Before FrontSpin, reps received Salesforce reports with outbound leads to contact. Opening one lead after another, waiting for it to load, calling, taking notes, going back to the list, selecting the next one, repeat... That was our process before FrontSpin. Now, we simply create a List in FrontSpin and people start the Power Dialer to go through all the Leads, not wasting any time with going back and forth anymore. Some reps hit 60 calls in one hour. Mostly because a "no answer" call doesn't waste your time. No answer? No problem! You just dial the next Lead within seconds.
